 Peruvian Ceviche

Peru is a megadiverse country, not only for its geographical, climatic and cultural variety, but also because of the food products that are produced in its territory. And our sea doesn't escape this rule, it's one of the richest on the planet. This marine diversity has resulted in a great variety of Peruvian Ceviches.




Hi, I'm Nicolle. I'm from Perú. For breakfast, I eat avocado with bread and milk, or sometimes yogurt.
For lunch, we vary the food daily, one day we can eat Aji de gallina, another day Roast chicken and so on. In the afternoon I eat a snack it can be an apple, a banana or chocolate.
For dinner, we usually eat light meals like tea and toast, but sometimes we indulge in burguers or grilled chicken.
